After School Small Group Tutoring - Semester Courses
Subjects Available: Reading, Math, Critical Thinking, and Cursive Writing
Format: 1 hour per week for 15-week semesters, Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 8 pm
Class Size: Minimum three - maximum six students per class
Grade Groupings: (1st & 2nd), (3rd & 4th), (5th & 6th), (7th & 8th), (9th -12th)
Cost: $900 per student per course; made payable in 3 installments of $300
*Registration is enrollment-dependent. Classes must have the minimum number of students to meet. When classes are filled, students will be added to a waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Registration accepted on a rolling basis, prorated, space-permitting

Payment Schedule:
Payment 1: Prior to the start of the semester
Payment 2: Prior to the start of the 6th week
Payment 3: Prior to the start of the 11th week
Note: Cursive writing is included in all reading courses!
Mini Course Test Prep or Concept Review
Short-term intensive courses for test prep or concept review
Subjects Available: All subjects and grade levels - to adults
Grade Groupings: (1st & 2nd), (3rd & 4th), (5th & 6th), (7th & 8th), (9th -12th)
Format: Classes are available for scheduling: 1 hour per week in 8 or 12-week sessions, or 2 hours per week in 4 or 6-week sessions, Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 8 pm
Class Size: Minimum three - maximum six students
Needs Assessment: Meet with the Educational Director to review the curriculum
*Cursive Writing Standalone: (Grades 6-Adult: 8 weeks) (Grades 1-5: 12 weeks)
*Subject to space/instructor availability

Cost (per student/course):
8 weeks - $480: made payable in 2 installments of $240
12 weeks - $720: made payable in 3 installments of $240

Private Tutoring
Subjects Available: All subjects and grade levels - to adults
Format: As needed, Monday - Friday, 10 am - 8 pm
Cost: $125 per hour/student
Needs Assessment: Meet with the Educational Director to review curriculum and timeline.

✓ No diagnostic assessment required (unless recommended)

Payment 1: Prior to the start of the session

*Regardless of learning level, students are only in classes with students within their age range. Instruction will be differentiated based on the student's level.
