Book Fees

CLC customizes students' coursework based on a three-trimester program year.  All workbook fees cover a three-trimester program for each student and must be purchased in full before the program begins. Curriculum consumables, such as readers, cursive, and curriculum workbooks, must be purchased through CLC. All student workbooks will remain in the classroom during the program year or until a student exits their course of study. If a student needs to miss a trimester, all books will remain with CLC, enabling them to return to their program and resume their instruction. If students withdraw mid-program, remove their workbooks, and return within the same program year, they must repurchase the workbooks. Before removing your student's workbooks, please speak with the director to discuss a plan to avoid repurchasing them. In the unlikely event that a student withdraws completely from their course of study, they will retain all workbooks. Book fees are based on the individual plan of study established at registration. Once books are purchased, book fees are nonreturnable. We understand that life happens. To assist us in providing the best service to all students, please speak with the director if you face an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from completing your student’s program for the year.
